We're growing rapidly and are searching for a Regulatory Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced and exciting work environment. When you join our team, you will work cross-functionally to maintain and document regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and international levels. What you'll do as Regulatory Operations Specialist:

  • Review new regulations on a state-by-state basis and perform gap analysis to facilitate the creation and submission of the internal controls.
  • You will establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as third-party providers, partners, and regulators.
  • You will act as the first point of contact with partners and regulators on day-to-day operational queries.
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Fraud, and Player Protection to resolve escalated player complaints and operational issues that might arise.
  • Assist the Gaming Operations, Compliance, and Product teams with launches in new jurisdictions.
  • Partner with the Compliance team to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the compilation and delivery of periodic ad hoc reports for regulators and partners.
  • Assist with promotional submissions.
  • Monitor and own all technical and operational incidents affecting the platform to ensure timely resolution and proper reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify issues that require escalation to the relevant stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience in online gaming is preferred.
  • Executive poise and presence to interface across functions and levels.
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and international gaming laws and applicable financial laws is preferred. Willingness to learn is required.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
