Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an overnight Registered Nurse at the Transitional Addiction Treatment program at Behavioral Health Network! Registered Nurses use their knowledge of specific biophysical, psychosocial, and spiritual dimensions to perform and document thorough assessments of individuals in recovery from substance use, recognizing the unique needs of dually diagnosed individuals and special populations. RNs will provide cross-systems communication and coordination of resources, MI-based education, supports, and case management across treatment locations with support from recovery coaches in the community.. Throughout their care, Registered Nurses establish and maintain collaborative relationships with the members of the health care team and provide care with kindness and sensitivity, preserving individuals' autonomy, dignity, and rights.

The Transitional Addiction Treatment program in Springfield, MA, serves those 18 years of age and older who are suffering from drug and alcohol addiction and are at the beginning of their recovery. This new program will partner with Baystate Medical Center, Mercy Medical Center, and Providence Behavioral Health Hospital. This program will utilize Certified Addiction RN's and recovery coaches in both Acute Treatment Services (ATS) and inpatient hospital facilities with bridging services to transition persons to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services at either Office Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) or Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) levels of care.
