Overview
$10,000 bonus with 12 months or more of RN experience!
$1,000 in first 30 days, $3,000 at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months.
Must maintain FTE of 0.6 or higher in a bonus eligible unit.
Responsibilities
OB Triage has 11 beds and treats pregnant patients with medical or obstetrical concerns. The unit skill mix includes RNs and PCAs.
The registered nurse develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Relevant Experience
- PA Registered Nurse License
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
