The Regional Sales Manager - Vacuum/Excavation maximizes dealership capacity and dealer success by working closely with dealer principals, Dealer Development, Product Support, and Dealer & Customer Finance. This role serves as both a resource and as a business partner to dealer principals, applying a broad dealership perspective focused on areas including equipment/parts/service marketing, inventory management, financing, rental, staffing, and market development. The Regional Manager helps develop, and then implements, strategic factory programs.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

• Provide vacuum excavation product training and demonstrations, implementation of sales incentive programs, assist in enhancing customer relationships to drive sales.
• Build & implement individual dealership capacity plans for dealers within the assigned region.
• Directly manage major & critical accounts to maximize & grow sales opportunities.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• Have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Have 3+ years of experience in Utility Inspection disciplines
• Be able to develop and implement strategic business plans and comprehensive sales programs.
• Demonstrate excellent communications skills, along with the ability to make effective group presentations.
