Purpose
The Regional Payroll Administrator is responsible for entering payroll information and maintaining payroll records for their assigned region per established Maxim policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Collects employee timecards, determine rates based on job type and employee, and enter hours into CMMS (Job Cost Dispatch) on a daily basis
* Gathers information and documentation to submit to legal for CCIP and OCIP insurance program enrollments for jobs
* Occasionally assist with managing and coordinating site specific prerequisites and compliance
* Performs other administrative duties as required or assigned
Requirements
Education:
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
Experience:
* 1+ years’ experience using a CMMS such as Job Cost Dispatch to enter payroll
* 2+ years’ experience with payroll processing – experience in an industrial or construction environment preferred.
Skills
* Moderate level communication skills, must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos and the ability to write simple correspondence
* Moderate level proficiency in MS applications
* Advanced ability to problem solve and make sound decisions during high pressure situations
* Advanced level multitasking skills with ability to meet deadlines

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, use hands to finger; handle or feel; and kneel; crouch; or crawl; and talk; or hear; push and/or pull; reach; bend and/or stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
