Responsibilities
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (This is a 100% onsite position)
1710 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33406
Position Type: Salary + Bonus.
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
Title: Regional Director of Operations

Job Purpose
As the Regional Director of Operations at Drive Shack, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless daily operations of our venues, fostering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer and President, you will collaborate closely with venue managers to enforce company policies and procedures consistently across all locations while spearheading initiatives to optimize operations and fuel revenue growth.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with venue managers to ensure uniform implementation of company policies and procedures, fostering a cohesive operational environment across all Drive Shack locations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing guidance and support to venue managers to enhance operational performance.
  • Partner with the COO and executive team to craft and execute strategic business plans that align with Drive Shack's overarching growth objectives.
  • Conduct routine site visits to uphold operational consistency, quality standards, and cleanliness across all venues.
  • Identify areas for enhancement and devise strategies to tackle issues related to guest service, food and beverage operations, facility management, and staffing.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of venue managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with the COO and finance team to develop, oversee each venue's budget, costs, and labor controls.
  • Work in tandem with marketing and sales teams to support revenue growth and bolster customer acquisition efforts.
Qualifications

  • Operations Management: Experience overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff management, guest service, facilities, and safety.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire teams, make tough decisions, and drive exceptional results. Strategic Planning: Skill in developing and executing business plans to drive company growth.
  • Financial Management: Understanding financial statements, budgets, and controlling costs.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies across guest service, food and beverage, facilities, and staffing.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry. (Prefered but not required with experience).
  • Strong understanding of financial management, business strategy, and technology-driven operations.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Education
  • A 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is typically required for this role.
Working Conditions
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to stand for hours at a time assisting with venue initiatives and other projects.
  • Up to 30% Travel - based on need.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Creative teams.
  • Fast-paced, high-energy work environment with frequent interaction with staff and guests.
  • A flexible schedule is required to accommodate deadlines and business needs.
