The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, CA! We are a leading provider of special education and autism services nationwide. This person will support the National Talent Acquisition efforts by assisting with various tasks throughout the recruiting and hiring process.RESPONSIBILITIESSpecific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reaching out to candidates through various channels, such as call, text, email, and job boards. Taking candidates through the entire recruiting process.
- Talking to candidates about available position.
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the districts we work with, open jobs, and market for Special Education Providers.
- On-boarding and troubleshooting issues that may arise.
- Working as part of a team to contribute to the overall success.
- Has an interest to learn more on recruiting metric functions, basic payroll services and social media recruiting experience.
- Continually helps review our compliance process for effectiveness and recommends revisions as necessary.
- Additional duties as assigned by a manager.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• Staffing experience is preferred• Strong phone customer service experience required• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to meet project timelines• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs• Working experience with database environment is preferredCore Competencies for Talent Acquisition Team PlayersGood Judge of character, Strong Customer Service, Flexible and Organized, Very bottom-line oriented, Steadfastly pushes self and others for results, Perseverance Listening practices, Strong negotiating skills with internal and external groups, Strong and creative problem solving skills.
