RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Warren, MI that is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator.Responsibilities:
  • Schedule complex interviews with excellent candidate care
  • Manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams
  • Educate Recruiters and other stakeholders on how to best use interview scheduling tools
  • Provide outstanding candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners
  • Monitoring background checks and drug screens during the pre-employment stage, providing status updates and escalations where needed to ensure timely start dates
  • Manage and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pre-employment results
  • Communicate to recruiting team any challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and pre-employment process


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting recruiting activities (including interview scheduling and monitoring background checks with adjudication)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Agility to quickly learn new processes and recruiting technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative skills


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
