Overview: 
This individual will conduct full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent for Pennoni while aiming to ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities
Pennoni Associates in currently seeking a Recruiter with experience not limited to:

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment for positions including sourcing, screening, presenting    candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs
  • Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates by proactively using creative sourcing strategies, both internally & externally, to identify and attract competitive candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to hiring managers
  • Manage the candidate experience through seamless execution of the interview process to ensure a superior candidate experience
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through consistent follow-up communication and feedback
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Department Heads and their teams to move through the interview process as efficiently as possible with the goal of making decisive decisions in the most efficient manner possible
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Ensure that applicant dispositioning is maintained and accurate for EEO and Affirmative Action Reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience

  • 6-8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is required
  • Experience recruiting in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Industry preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals.
  • Knowledge of HR principles
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA
