We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Schedule appointments and conference room reservations
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

Payrate- $18-20hr
