This individual is responsible for assuring the product is properly received and put into production on a timely basis. Must have/obtain certification to operate fork lift and a high rise electric truck, and use pallet jacks and other various equipment designed to move heavy objects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive in all shipments, break down by part or order number and receive into computer system.
- Receive in all UPS packages and notify recipients
- Print screen tool crib items
- Prioritize next day air shipments
- Receive in vendor to vendor shipments
- Stage work for receiving inspect in rows on first in/first out basis.
- Print off bar code master list for production.
- Issue parts and change the status of the job
- Labor reporting all transactions
