Quality Manager - AS9100 - 5k Bonus *Title:* Quality Manager - AS9100
*Location:* Dayton, OH 45414
*Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 + $5k Bonus*

Founded early 1970s we are a 60 employee company that handles the design & build of special machines, dies, gauges & fixtures for the industrial manufacturing industry. Services such as precision machining, grinding, CNC boring, fabrication, re-tooling and inspection are all common within our organization. For this Quality Manager position you would only have 1 direct report but dotted line reporting from others in the organization. Having a good grasp of *ISO-9001 and AS9100 for aerospace* are big components of this position.
What You Will Be Doing 1) Resolve non-conformance using root cause analysis & implements corrective actions
2) Works w/ direct reports to lead the development & implementation of medium and/or long term improvement plans to achieve goals & reduce cost
3) Build & manage a team capable of executing against business plan objectives
4) Collaborate across functions to ensure appropriate processes are in place to meet internal & external customer requirements
5) Ensure safety procedures, work instructions & policies reflect business needs
What You Need for this Position 1) 5+ years in quality management
2) Experience w/ manufacturing methods i.e. Lean, SPC & Six Sigma
3) ISO-9001 & AS9100 (aerospace) experience ideal
4) Ability to lead team & train employees in field of quality
