General Statement of Duties:
Responsible for quality control procedures of Residential, Commercial, Home Equity, Mix-use, Multi-family, Assumptions, CEMA and Participation Loans etc. Complete file retention label application process. Assist Loan sale and REIT transfer. Assist in processing Residential, Commercial, Home Equity, Mix-use, Multi-family and Assumptions loans. Complete various administrative tasks as needed. Must have the ability to multi task and handle heavy files. Assist in updating Miser BA Hazard & Flood Policies.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate- Some college education preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good typing skills.
Moderate knowledge of good mathematical techniques.
Ability to solve differences by using mathematical skill and concepts.
Excellent organizational skills required.
Computer literate. Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of Miser BA, Loanvantage, Remote Lender, LPS Software System, E-Oscar a plus.
