QA Tester

GDH is looking for a QA Tester for a banking institution in the OKC area. This person will be responsible for software testing corresponding bank platforms and will have input into shaping their software testing programs moving into the future.

What you'll:

·        Perform QA software testing for our correspondent banking platform that supports some of the best community banks in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico.

·        Take deep ownership and shape the software testing program for the correspondent banking platform.

GDH is looking for a QA Tester for a banking institution in the OKC area. This person will be responsible for software testing corresponding bank platforms and will have input into shaping their software testing programs moving into the future.

How you'll do it:

• You will prepare tests, methods, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance and serviceability standards.
• Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
• Ensure that system tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved.
• You will implement and define testing methodology and standards to improve results.
• You will design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases
• Generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using (primarily) Telerik Test Studio
• You will use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
• You will participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
• Execute and analyze automation test results and monitor program execution for expected performance.
• Support production deployment of applications and perform "validation testing" during the off-hour's maintenance windows.

Required Skills

·        A good sense of humor, eagerness to learn, and a drive to be successful

·        Experience in automated testing, SQL, NoSQL, and C# preferred

·        Knowledge of the development and execution of software quality methods and processes

·        Experience in modifying, installing, and preparing technical documentation for system software applications.

·        Problem Solving skills to tackle business challenges
