Overview
The PXM System Administrator owns the day-to-day management of the Product Experience Management platform, including rolling out processes and procedures to new teams and geographies, to analyzing and prioritizing content gaps for Strategy/Syndication teams. This role will maintain workflows, syndication channels, and data integrations within the platform, along with typical administrative duties including Users maintenance, training, and liaising with the business on process changes/updates. The administrator will have governance responsibility for Global product data within the platform, ensuring clean and monitored content focused on the Customer First.
