ResponsibilitiesA postdoctoral Research Associate in energy economics and policy. They will contribute to an NSF-funded project focusing on energy efficiency programs, energy use behaviors, and energy justice in the residential sector. The postdoctoral scholar will collaborate to publish results in high-impact journals and have opportunities to engage in public outreach that will extend the impact of our scholarship beyond the academy.
QualificationsPh.D. or equivalent degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, or similar discipline by date of appointment.
An established record of, or demonstrable potential for, excellence in research, peer-reviewed publication, and grants.
Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analytical skills
Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills
Be able to contribute to a team-oriented, collegial work environment.
Proficiency in relevant analytic software such as R, Python, and/or Nvivo.
Interest in mentoring undergraduate and graduate students to experience managing research projects and working both collaboratively and independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and self-directedness.
