Property Manager Retail Are you a Retail Property Manager seeking a new opportunity to assist managing the daily operations of shopping centers?

What You Will Be Doing Supervise property management operations such as:
Track property activities based on business plan and financial objectives to maximize the effectiveness of operations, leasing, marketing and promotional activities.
Understand the significant issues affecting a property's performance and tenant lease responsibilities.
Develop and implement operational plans and actions to achieve or surpass cash flow objectives.
Maintain contact with tenants, vendors and owner reps ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Resolve tenant or vendor issues in a professional and timely manner.
Oversee activities promoting reliable relationships with tenants, vendors and the surrounding community.
Attend and assist with marketing of merchant meetings, distribute newsletters and memorandums.
Assist leasing with prospective tenant space showings - coordinate leasing signs, be familiar with the provisions of our company lease.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives, including environmental compliance.
Evaluate service contract requirements, oversee tenant improvement projects, prepare specifications, obtain/evaluate bids.
Manage vendor contracts and monitor vendor performance through regular inspections.
Respond to after-hours emergencies in person or by phone depending on the severity of the situation.
What You Need for this Position California Sales Person License REQUIRED
3+ years of experience in Retail Property Management - Portfolio of Outdoor Shopping Centers.
Must have strong computer technology experience with Excel, Word, Outlook including social media
Outstanding customer service focus responsive to tenants needs and the community
Think out of the box to create extraordinary outcomes
High integrity with a diligent work ethic
Willing to learn and grow and take feedback and convey information as observed
Highly organized with good time management skills
Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
