RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a Property Accountant in Annapolis, MD.Summary:Our client is seeking a Property Accountant who will be responsible for month- end close, reviewing the income statement and preparing explanations of variances between budget and actual results, preparing monthly deliverables to joint venture partners, contact with property management teams to discuss property operations issues, preparing balance sheet reviews, and reviewing bad debt allowances.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/BA in Accounting required
• CPA certification preferred
• 4+ years of related accounting experience required, property management and public preferred
