A American Multinational Marketing Company is seeking a Project Manager (Workday Implementation) in Orlando, FL/Remote.

Role Description

Seeking a skilled Workday Product Owner / Project Manager to assist with the technical implementation, understanding of the product, and integrations.

The PM will plan, lead and execute the projects, working closely with the implementation partner, internal IT leaders, other PMs, and stakeholders to oversee the successful implementations. . The PM will be responsible for leading and managing all project documentation and ensuring that the Project Management methodology is being followed properly.

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects
• Facilitate the definition of project scopes, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full-scale project plans refining as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
• Assemble and coordinate project teams
• Manage project budget where appropriate
• Manage project resource allocation where appropriate
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Confidently interact with senior executives
• Track project deliverables using identified tools
• Provide direction and support to project teams
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of assigned projects to all stakeholders at all levels across the organization
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Ensures system analysis, decision rules, training, documentation, and communications are built into all projects
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve customer service
• Communicate with all participants to follow-up that documentation is submitted in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate solutions/updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Consistently deliver high-quality service
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Reasonable and consistent attendance to fulfill requirements of the position

Skills & Requirements

• Experience completing multiple WorkDay Implementations,
• Extensive experience with ERP implementations/leading complex systems implementation, including vendor/partner management
• Equivalent experience would be 5-7 years of project management
