We are one of the oldest and most experienced waterproofing and restoration contractors in the United Sates. We currently have five office locations throughout the Midwest completing projects in over 20 states. Due to company growth, we are in seeking to add a Project Manager with restoration construction experience to our team.

What You Will Be Doing This is a Project Manager position that focuses on restoration to to already existing structures, you will be required to do the following and more:

-Identify and evaluate bid opportunities
-Coordinate pre-bid review process and post-bid analysis
-Coordinate project progress review/post-mortem/post-project cost reviews.
-Ensure accurate trend reports and monthly projections
-Assist in project scheduling.
What You Need for this Position -At least 3+ years as a Construction Project Manager with restoration experience
-Bachelors degree or Construction Management with related experience
-Proficient with Microsoft Office
-Ability to travel to office and jobsites are required
