We are Top 400 ENR general construction that services project owners, developers, and architects in Texas area and across the South. Some of the areas of construction that we focus on is multi-family, mixed use, hotel, senior living, and light commercial. Due to our company growth and exciting large projects, we are in need of a Project Manager with multifamily and commercial construction experience.

What You Will Be Doing This is a Construction Project Manager position, you will be required to do the following and more:

-Develops conceptual budgets/estimates.
-Providing overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to the project.
-Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
-Manage all facets of construction, including communication with Owners, Consultants and Subtrades
-Ensures permits and licenses are obtained as required
-Identify and managing risk and opportunities on construction projects
What You Need for this Position -At least 5+ years of Project Management Experience with a general contractor
-Bachelors preferred or relevant work experience
-Strong construction knowledge and experience with some estimating
-Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Projects
