What You'll Do:
Sogeti P&G Unit Cincinnati is looking for experienced PM for a large IAM Service Delivery implementation (Identity Application Management):
Skills needed:
• Lead delivery of one or more of IAMServices, which includes enrollment and identification, authentication andauthorization, user, service, application, and privileged access requests,approvals, reviews, provisioning, and deprovisioning, data integritymanagement, and internal /external audit support.
• Support of SAP role will include conflictingcapabilities and compensating controls.
• Implement an IAM operating model based ondirection from the Manager for one or more IAM platforms. Currentplatforms includes:Ping ID, Ping Federate, Ping Access, Sailpoint Identity IQ,Centrify Privileged Access Management (PAM), MS Active Directory, MS Azure AD,Radiant Logic Virtual Directory, and Security Weaver.
• Transformation of legacy IAM tools and solutionsassociated with assigned platform responsibilities.Enable migration of applications, systems, platforms, and services to use IAMservices.
• Lead IAM service quality to achieve servicedelivery objectives and Key Performance Indicators.
• Lead Service Delivery Associate team members andliaise with regional IAM Tier 3 -Operations Analysts on a global scale.
• Skilled in ITIL Service Operations processes,IAM Service Delivery and IAM governance and process design and audit engagement
• Working knowledge of at least one IAM platformin use at Client
