Do you want to play a role in global commerce?

Prologis is seeking a Construction Project Manager passionate about construction and eager to manage developments through construction and close-out. You will join a team of professionals building over a half billion dollars in industrial buildings per year in the East Region.

What's needed in order to do that:

• 
  Lead a team of consultants and contractors to develop site and floor plans, specifications, construction budgets, and schedules for projects and pursuits in key area markets.
  
• 
  Develop, tender and handle bid packages for a variety of sizes of projects ranging from $100,000 to $50,000,000+ in development cost.
  
• 
  Be responsible for the proforma, budget, schedule, scope, quality, and safety of projects.
  
• 
  Research design and construction innovations and value engineering opportunities that will improve and future-proof Prologis' developments without compromising functionality or life cycle costs.
  
• 
  Interface and develop working relationships with various public agencies.
  
• 
  Ensure customer happiness through each project.

  Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering (Civil or Structural) is helpful, but not required. 5-7 years work experience preferred.
  
• 
  Confirmed experience working on construction projects preferably for a general contractor or subcontractor.
  
• 
  Experience in project estimating, scheduling and budget management.
  
• 
  Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  

Target base compensation range of: $100,000 - $140,000, plus bonus target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
