What You Need for this Position More than 5 years of experience and knowledge of all phases of construction/engineering management including:

- History of managing Science, Healthcare, Commercial, Government or Technology projects in the Boston market preferred
- Provide clear and articulate direction to team-members
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with pre-construction and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative skills--ability to maintain clear notes, keep organized records using company documents, and time-management
- Experience using engineering design software including Trace, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
- Bachelors in Engineering or PE preferred
- LEED and PMP accreditation is preferred but not required
