Eagle Harbor Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is hiring a Project Manager with a Top-Secret Clearance to support EHS and our government customer.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to

  • Provide integrated project management and oversight for all tasks and functions under the contract including Help Desk Support, Mobility Support, and Network Support
  • Provide contract management and support in the following areas: scope, schedule, cost/budget, profit and loss, quality, resource, risk, procurement, and stakeholder
  • Manage complex initiatives across multiple functions and integrated teams
  • Establish project milestones, scope, requirements, and schedules to meet the deliverables and client's initiatives
  • Monitor projects and report progress to executives
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication and status meetings with stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Ensure project is compliant with agency and federal policies, including IT security
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reporting in a timely manner, and provide all needed materials requested on an ad-hoc basis
  • Present quarterly report to all stakeholders
  • Review program and project deliverables to ensure accuracy, alignment with the contract, and quality assurance and that the final outputs meet the program needs and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the program's vision and help communicate goals throughout the program

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • PMP preferred. Required within 90 days of start date.
  • 3+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and report onsite two days a week
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple IT projects and prioritize duties based on shifting demands
  • Ability to plan and oversee projects using project management software tools and methodologies
  • Ability to schedule, plan and lead meetings
  • Ability to effectively lead onsite and distributed teams maintaining accurate accountability and scheduling
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle a variety of work assignments at the same time, prioritize work and be held fully responsible for decisions
  • Ability to analyze information, make recommendations, and develop reports and presentations
  • Ability to comfortably interact with customer and peers to perform required job functions

Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
