Project Manager If you are a Project Manager with experience, please read on! We are a commercial construction investment company focused on mixed-used commercial real estate projects. We are actively seeking a Project Manager for our pipeline of upcoming mixed-use spaces and shopping centers throughout the Phoenix market.

What You Will Be Doing - Managing commercial construction projects from the ground up, with a focus on tenant improvement.
- Manage project budget.
- Manage the Construction phase from Start to Finish
- Maintain Documentation, Budget, and Schedule
- Responsible and Reliable Communication & Engagement with past, current and future clients
What You Need for this Position - at least 3-5 years experience as a PM
- TI Improvement experience
- Commercial construction focus
