We are a fast growing Real Estate venture group who own and operate multiple companies in the Gulf Coast region. Although a fairly newer company, we have grown to over 200 employees and will continue to grow as we expand markets. We have markets specializing in custom homes, production homes, and multi family. We also have divisions for land development and acquisitions. Currently we are looking to add some talent to our Build to Rent and Multifamily division!

What You Will Be Doing - Managing multiple projects at once
- Depending on your focus, will be doing residential or multi family project management
- Providing monthly updates on financials and project progress
What You Need for this Position - Experience with MARKSYSTEMS is a HUGE plus
- Purchasing experience and operations experience/exposure a HUGE plus
- Minimum 5 yrs as Project Manager on residential communities or multi family complexes, preferably build to rent
- Bachelor's Degree in construction management or something similar
