Responsibilities:

  • This position will perform various tasks in support of Project Management including: assisting with coordination of client-facing tasks working with subject matter experts across multiple areas, supporting the maintenance and monitoring of project plans and project schedules, coordinating and distributing technical/progress reports, and supporting the development and review of Project Management documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Tracks and monitors project tasks, including staffing, onboarding, training, and documentation.
  • Coordinates team conference calls, generates and distributes meeting minutes from internal/client/vendor meetings as applicable.
  • Analyzes and reconciles project documents, metrics and findings reports within specified timelines.
  • Assists with clarification and resolution of findings from quality assurance audits.
  • Maintains assigned data points within project tracking systems according to the established conventions within specified times, including entry of findings.
  • Provides ad hoc support as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to effectively analyze project specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines.
  • Ability to problem-solve and complete tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to assess impacts and risks and implement change management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FDA clinical trial guidelines and regulations or interest in these is a plus.
  • Excellent English and grammar skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., and ability to obtain knowledge and master clinical trial database systems.
  • Clinical research experience or interest is a plus.
  • Experience with project/task coordination, and customer service.
