Pay range 60k to 70K

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage and ensure completion of customer projects within set milestones, budgets, and deadlines, including Complex Fax Server and Cloud Fax projects, outsourced service projects, and new product adoption.
- Provide and lead project management services for the company.
- Manage project issues and risks, and provide oral/written status reports to project owners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Director of Technical Services to coordinate personnel resource availability.
- Gather business requirements for projects, adhere to a standard project methodology, and develop delivery processes for Professional Services.
- Communicate, train best practices, and develop reports and other tools to increase the capabilities of Professional Services.
- Assist Sales Engineers or Sales teams in creating SOW and/or Project Proposals.
- Deliver customer-defined documents as defined by SOW/Proposal by leveraging existing IIS Document Templates.
- Define, schedule, and lead project kickoff meetings with the Professional Services Team.
- Create Project Sign-off documents and work with customers to properly close and sign-off on all projects.
- Update CRM with updated licenses, contacts, and other relevant project documents.
- Complete other duties assigned by the Director of Technical Services.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, external clients, or customers.
- Ability to plan projects effectively and meet deadlines and budgets.
- Strong writing skills for document creation and revisions.
- Ability to coordinate, plan, and take the lead on all meetings internal or customer facing.
- Understanding of software architectural design and implementation as well as knowledge of Internet technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, both verbal and written, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.
- Self-driven and self-motivated individual.
- In-depth understanding of software and hardware products.
- College Degree.
