(Contingent upon available funding): 18.00 - 23.00, Hourly Work Schedule: M-F 8a-5p generally Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Program Coordinator works under the direction of the Program Manager, Director, and Associate Director(s) of the Oklahoma State University Center for Developmental Disabilities (OSUCDD) and in conjunction with a team of faculty, staff, and students to coordinate and implement the daily activities necessary to achieve long-term goals of research projects and programs across the OSUCDD. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Coordinate recruitment, data collection, and data entry for the Oklahoma National Core Indicators (NCI) research project - a contract with Oklahoma Human Services Developmental Disabilities Services (OHS-DDS). Assist with data auditing for the Oklahoma NCI Project. Communicate with professionals in the DDS service system regarding recruitment and data collection. Perform basic data analysis and compile data needed for quarterly reports. Assist with dissemination of research findings and technical report writing. Adhere to and ensure research team members adhere to OSUCDD policies and Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols. Maintain office supplies needed for research and related budget.   Support other research areas as needed. Provide leadership to the undergraduate research team. Coordinate and oversee daily personnel management (e.g., research team member work schedules and assignments and adherence to ethical guidelines and policies). Organize and attend weekly research team meetings and trainings. Coordinate transportation schedules and travel arrangements for team members.  Special Instructions to Applicants Complete application must include a cover letter, resume and list of three professional references. Education & Experience Position Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School/GED and three years related experience and demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, faculty, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and professionals in the DDS service system.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, faculty, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and professionals in the DDS service system. Office and/or personnel management. Self-motivated individual with demonstrated leadership and management skills who enjoys working with students, faculty, staff and individuals with IDD. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle confidential matters is vital. Proficiency with the latest technology and appropriate software is required. Demonstrated proficiency of administrative/related office skills. Ability to produce written materials, displaying strong written communication skills. Ability to demonstrate excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, sensitivity and ethics in all aspects. Ability to work well under deadlines, work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work with diverse staff & contacts via phone, email and in-person. Demonstrated proficiency of administrative/related office skills. Ability to produce written materials, displaying strong written communication skills.  May require ability to lift up to 25 pounds.  Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of related experience and demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, faculty, individuals with IDD and professionals in the DDS service system.

2-5 years of progressively responsible administrative duties.  1 or more years of research experience
