RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in New York, NY.In this role, the Senior communication specialist with , including but not limited to:

• Building, not just compiling, of executive presentations
• Building and managing general audience communications (e.g. Transformation intranet site, wiki)
• Developing phase-based communication strategies throughout multiple phases of an initiative
• Maintaining communications across digital platforms, including a Transformation inbox
• Writing strategic communication to audiences at different levels of the organization, and tailor the messaging accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7 years of executive communications, program communications, chief of staff, or relevant experience
• Strong MS PowerPoint experience building executive-level presentations
• Strong MS Word experience building training and/or end-user documents
• Experience building multi-tiered communication plan for stakeholders across leadership levels as well as across business units
• Experience driving execution of communication activities including writing intranet content, building and designing intranet pages and SharePoint sites, writing, coordinating and editing communications in coordination with SMEs and partners
• Critical thinking skills to understand and address situations by processing and organizing facts, data and other information to define a problem and develop effective solutions
• Understanding of user behavior and demonstrated experience with communication and organizational change management best practices
• Program management for enterprise initiatives in large organizations
• Organizational Change Management experience is a plus
