Project Architect *Job Title:* Project Architect
*Requirements:* NCARB and LEED accreditation, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp
*Salary:* $70-100k
*Location:* Kansas City

What You Will Be Doing - Collaborate with all stakeholders on all project phases (consultants, contractors, and owners)
- Monitor project assignments and performance against scope, schedule, and budget
- Conduct architectural studies, develop design concepts and design criteria
- Prepare reports, calculations, and detailed design and construction documents
- Conduct preliminary field surveys, develop designs and draft preliminary plans
- Participate in presentation of plans and documents to governing and permitting authorities for land use, zoning and permit approvals
What You Need for this Position - 5-10 years of experience in architectural practice
- Licensed Architect
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Sketchup
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques

Preferred Qualifications
- NCARB and LEED accreditation
- Dealtek Vision
