RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to support marketing initiatives and communications. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of project management, takes initiative, has a knack for relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills, and is driven to ensure the seamless execution of go-to-market plans.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (and contribute) to ideate, lock and execute marketing initiatives, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and timely completion of tasks
  • Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or deviations.
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables, to ensure effective execution of go-to-market initiatives
  • Support development of processes and ROB (Rhythm of Business) to support SMB (Small to Medium sized Business) marketing programs
  • Regularly provide project updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and seeking feedback as needed
  • Support team communication by leading results-oriented messaging and developing standardized templates for slides, documents, and emails to ensure consistency


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Project Management experience in marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with PowerPoint deck creation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with email communications/template creation


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
