The Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) group brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. We are building tools and experiences that make people feel closer together.We are looking for a Program Manager Lead for our Brand Studio. This hire will act as a brand advocate with the desire and drive to be the primary point of contact for brand related workstreams with in FRL Marketing across FRL Brands (i.e. Oculus, Portal, Ray-Ban Stories, Spark AR etc.). The scope will include: brand identity development, brand asset production, Brand Studio - related key artwork and collateral.

<ul><li>Develop a vision for the team, establish processes and standardize workflow with the designers, integrated marketing, legal, leadership stakeholders and cross functional partners</li><li>Establish a core team of designers, program managers, producers, vendors, and cross functional partners that together execute all brand-related assets</li><li>Act as the central point of contact on all brand identity development and brand asset production for Marketing. This includes logo design and refinement, guidelines production, and asset management</li><li>Expert level budget forecasting, resourcing, actualization and spend allocation at a project level</li><li>Oversee distribution of and ensure proper usage of all brand-specific assets</li><li>Produce brand-related key graphic artwork and collateral materials (swag designs, poster designs, presentation template designs)</li><li>Leverage existing relationships or create new ones with other Facebook teams in order to ensure production goals and delivery, including cross-functional collaboration, launch, hand-off or sunsetting during a typical product lifecycle</li><li>Manage presentation and feedback stages with key stakeholders (brand guidelines share outs, brand identity refinements)</li><li>Collaborates with integrated marketing to brief brand identity projects in alignment with established brand architecture and brand strategy</li><li>Act as the point of contact for other program managers and producers to consult as the expert in the area of brand identity design development</li></ul>

<ul><li>7+ years professional experience in program management</li><li>Experience working directly in technology, whether in an agency, brand marketing, production vendor or start up environment</li><li>Proven track record of repeatedly delivering meaningful results or multiple large-scale systems that have demonstrably impacted a brand's trajectory</li><li>Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign</li><li>Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment</li><li>Experience working on net new brand identities versus evolving existing brands</li></ul>
