WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about professional services, program/project management, and seeing customers through to success with a strong investment in Tealium. We are searching for an experienced program manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to strategize and implement large program initiatives with knowledge and experience working in SaaS environments and customer onboarding.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

    • Provide program and project management support to large-scale complex programs made up of several sub-projects for enterprise global brands.
    • Work closely with project sponsor(s) and cross functional teams, including internal, customer and partner teams, to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives.
    • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
    • Define and develop program governance (controls).
    • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders (both Tealium & Customer facing).
    • Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
    • Provide and present executive-level reporting and dashboarding to ensure visibility into general status, successes, risks and opportunities within active programs.
    • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction that enable continued growth and partnership.
    • Work effectively with partner agencies and third parties to help drive program initiatives and further develop protocols and standards of how Tealium engages with all parties throughout the program lifecycle.
    • Translate business and technical requirements into outcomes that drive a customer to a fast and quality driven time-to-value and investment in Tealium.
    • Advocate and successfully organize customer enablement training and workshops to ensure investment and understanding in the technologies purchased with Tealium.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

    • You bring 8-10 years of Program / Project Management experience in a digital marketing or SaaS environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • You have a high level of intellectual curiosity and are passionate about ground breaking technologies like Tealium.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • You have superior communication, organizational, and presentation skills ( both verbal and written). You are well versed and confident presenting to C-suite leadership.
    • The ability to transfer knowledge to others and communicate technology to management in layman's terms.
    • You take ownership of problems, find innovative ways to resolve them, and see the resolution through to the end. You have the ability to think creatively, own issues and excel in high-stress situations.
    • Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals. You have built and maintained positive relationships with key partners throughout a delivery process.
    • Strong working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
    • Experience with SOW/Proposal processes by scoping, producing, and delivering to the customer SOW's that meet customers documented requirements and set clear, enforceable expectations.
    • You have technical domain knowledge of two or more of the following : Software integrations/APIs, Automation, Marketing Technologies, Analytics or Web-based languages (HTML, Javascript).
    • You might also have: Experience with MarTech software like Analytics, Ad Tech, Personalization, Email
    • Experience with program management toolsets such as; Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce
