The Program Coordinator works to deliver registration solutions and mobile apps for Siemens Healthineers North America hosted events. As an organization we manage many programs throughout the year, each with their own customized registration site. The individual will be responsible for the creation and delivery of these sites, along with multiple communications and all reporting. The program coordinator will work directly with hotels and housing bureaus to deliver rooming lists, changes, and additional requirements gathered during registration. The individual will work alongside multiple Event Managers and will report directly to the Head of Events.

The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, communication and writing skills, and extensive experience in event registration software, specifically CVENT. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task while being very detail focused.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized registration platforms for multiple events happening simultaneously.
  • Communicate rooming details directly to hotels and housing bureaus.
  • Draft and deliver communications related to the events.
  • Direct contact in assisting registrants through registration process.
  • Mobile app development and deployment.
  • Manage data and reporting ongoing and at the close of each program.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or event management related field.
  • 3-5 years event management experience.
  • CVENT Registration experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in high stress situations.
  • Superior organizational and operational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting all deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Collaborates effectively to deliver results.
  • Ability to work well in a highly matrixed organization.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • Experience in healthcare events or marketing preferred
  • CVENT registration platform
  • Strong Excel skills
  • CMP preferred
