About the Product and Tech Stack

Prospecting is CoreLogic's invite-only B2B product that helps our customers identify valuable leads that will produce new mortgage products. We will be providing a cutting edge solution for the mortgage market. Come joining on the is fast paced and excite product.

Prospecting will have a microservice architecture running on Google Cloud Platform. Our frontend will be using Angular and backend services will use the Spring Boot framework and written in Java. Our apps are deployed on Google Cloud Platform using Cloud Foundry as an application platform. We may use other technologies like Kafka 2.0, Elasticsearch, Postgres and more. Jenkins will be used for our CI/CD pipelines used to deploy our applications.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will work with a designer, pairs of engineers (full stack, QA and DevOps), and a group of stakeholders which are domain experts on the application's needs. You will leverage modern Lean Product practices to deliver innovative solutions for CoreLogic customers.

You will be agile, adaptable and retrospective; not afraid to ask for assistance, share your problem-solving ideas, to speak up we are doing incorrectly (so we can fix it), and point out\ celebrate what we are doing right so we can improve on it.
What you'll do

  • Embrace and exemplify XP Values (Simplicity, Communication, Feedback, Respect, Courage)
  • Collaborate with your team to provide technical direction on product, design, and architectural decisions
  • Merge code, deploy services, and run vulnerability scans with guidance from other TPMs on the team
  • Monitor errors to support availability and resilience of our platform
  • Support change management ticket and weekly release activities
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving production incidents and then improve upon our systems so we don't see that problem ever again!
Job Qualifications:
How you Qualify
  • Some experience and interest end-to-end Product/development team leadership experience, including experience defining and prioritizing product features through story writing
  • Recent experience and success working with Agile and/or XP development teams as a TPM or ScrumMaster, including leading of all Agile/XP ceremonies
  • Proven ability to self-manage and drive results (organize, prioritize, time manage and focus)
  • Experience with cloud native ecosystems
  • Experience with Lean Product Design and Lean Software Development principles
  • Excellent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical terms and vice versa
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision making across wide a variety of roles and levels in the organization
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with our tech stack
  • Experience in helping to design and implement large-scale event-driven architectures
  • Domain-specific industry experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Mortgage, Commercial or Residential Tax a plus
