• Chicken/Turkey Evisceration-Prepares birds for further processing by removing excessive feathers with scissors. Stands with Rabbi to monitor birds. Removes damaged parts for salvage

Second Processing

• Turkey Boning-Makes cuts to breast, legs and thighs to achieve deboning of the product
• Ice Pack & Chill Pack- Pack boxes with finished product, lift finished boxes and stack onto skids
• Cyrovac- Processes and packages whole birds
• Linco- packages fresh cut up product

Pay Rate:

• Starting $11.75
• After 9 months $14.05
• Bid jobs and prorated jobs earn more

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Following health and safety standards
• Following production guidelines and specifications
• Following Kosher standards and procedures
• Working in a fast paced atmosphere, wet, damp, and slippery surfaces
• Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads as required up to 50 lbs
• Standing for long periods of time
• Flexibility to changing duties, rotations, and product requirements
• Repetitive use of hands while using knives, scissors, and other related equipment

Education & Experience:

• High school or equivalent
• No experience required

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Legal to work in the US
