RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Production Supervisor in Kansas City, MO.Responsibilities:
  • Meets production cost schedule and maintains quality requirements
  • Complies with the terms of Local and National Labor agreements
  • Implements divisional and corporate policies
  • Implements safety and good housekeeping standards
  • Frequent contact with others outside the work group
  • Trains, develops, and evaluates employees
  • Keeps management informed of developments as they occur


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Verbal & written communication skills
  • Leadership-being able to lead the team to solve problems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Managing experience-preferably fast-paced or automotive environment
  • Able to comprehend, understand, and improve systems
  • Kronos or Workday experience would be a bonus
