Description:
The Judge Group is looking for a Production Specialist for a food manufacturing client in the Denver, Colorado area. This position requires strong analytical skills and a food manufacturing background.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Analyze production line efficiencies and labor targets
- Works closely with maintenance to ensure that production equipment runs safely and efficiently
- Constantly works to improve line processes
- Support and occasionally lead Continuous Improvement projects throughout the facility
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPl's) daily, weekly, and monthly, to include collecting, analyzing, and problem solving based on data collected
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of production supervision experience
- Continuous Improvement Experience
- Experience in KPIs tracking
