PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE WORKERS

Join our team at our Madison location, as a Production Associate and have the opportunity to operate various types of equipment to help meet production goals while working in a safe environment.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour with paid vacation days starting day one! And, employees are paid overtime for any hours over 8, worked in a day.

What You Will Do In Your Role

·Learning to operate various machines throughout the mill

·Adjusting to changing work schedules to meet business demands

·Removing sawdust and other debris from production equipment

·Assisting team members throughout the mill as needed

·Performing tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to 12 hours/day in a loud/noisy, hot, humid, dusty, greasy and high-volume environment

·Pulling and lifting plywood, panels, or scraps that could be up to 25 lbs

·Willing and able to meet the physical and safety requirements of the job

What Will Put You Ahead

Preferred Requirements:

·High school diploma or GED

·Six months or more of work experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, construction, military, or warehouse environment.

·Experience working in the wood products industry
