Description
In this role, the Product Manager will be the direct contact and interface with both the representative and customer for the assigned product group. The Product Manager is responsible for providing customers and representatives with ongoing technical and support for both before and after a sale and growing the line through expansion, promotion and support. The Product Manager will work closely with the Customer Service team, Product Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Shipping department.

Key Responsibilities
•Support customers and representatives with sales quotes via telephone or email
•Act as primary point of contact for the products service and installation technical questions
•Design applications to customers specific needs
•Communicate with Suppliers on technical and sales requirements. Inclusive of special needs of the project.
•Maintain SalesForce data base for internal use and statistical analysis
•Enhancement of product literature and technical documentation
•Identifying training gaps internally (ATM's , Sales,..) and externally (reps) and organize appropriate training on product, configurator, website materials where applicable
•Provide product training to our customers and representatives during Armstrong in-house training sessions or onsite sales calls.
•Promotion of the Product Line
•Identify opportunities for Expansion of the line in order to grow market share (New models, new options,..)
•Work with Team to assess potential acquisitions and channels to market.
•Participate with New Product Development Team during all phases of new product development process.
•Responsible for Pricing of Product line to maintain competitiveness and profitability
•Support other application engineers when needed.

•Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
•Capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines
•Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers and representatives
•Basic computer knowledge - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe
•Willingness to train/learn the position if applicable.
•Must be a culture fit willing to align and adapt to the Armstrong core values, and behaviors that make up the organization.
•Physical and Mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.
•Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred) or Equivalent Experience
•Electrical / Steam / Pump experience a plus
