You'll Support With:
  • Driving continuous improvement with developing systems to measure and categorize waste and seconds, suggesting process improvements, designing industrial trials and presenting proposals to the operations team.
  • Driving progress to process standardization by reviewing current processes and identifying process parameters that can be locked in place to reduce process variability. These parameters may be physical equipment adjustments or control system set-points.
  • Ensuring the site is compliant with corporate process standards, preparing site documentation for the annual environmental audits, annual corporate process audits, and follow-up on corrective actions from auditing findings.
  • Documentation of spill reports, disposal options, and knowledge of environmental risks on the site.
  • Performing a daily tour of the line where they'll focus on areas such as process stability, SPC, sheet profile and respect of BOM.
  • Leading process improvement teams, problem solving, conducting plant tours, and responding to customers issues.

You'll Have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Preferably a degree in either Mechanical Engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or any field of study related to these majors.
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
