In this role, you will be responsible for maturing and being a true champion for the Privacy program through program management best practices. You'll track and manage multiple privacy initiatives and projects by working with partners at all levels across the organization including Privacy, Legal, Business, IT and Product. You will maintain key project documentation, identify and escalate risks and effectively communicate to drive projects from design to implementation. You will work across functional groups to generate necessary reporting and metrics on Privacy Compliance activities for relevant stakeholders. You will support and develop policies, procedures and internal controls while working with the Privacy, Legal, and Business teams to ensure the company is complying with global regulatory obligations. You'll manage and enhance the intake and assignment of privacy and data governance contract and request intake and coordinate across the organization to provide complete and accurate responses to questions received. You will provide guidance to business teams on complying with privacy programs and design a privacy and data governance knowledge center to support such efforts.

For such a pivotal role, you will need a bachelor's degree in a related field. You will have 5+ years of program and/or project management experience. You'll have experience in compliance program management (including monitoring, testing, oversight and reporting), privacy program, information systems, process optimization. You will have the ability to influence all levels of an organization and working with business partners and stakeholders to document requirements, design and implement solutions.

Annual base salary gross: $81,204.00 - $143,043.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
