About the Role

The Principal will be a full-time permanent role with the Technology Consulting team. CBIZ Private Equity Advisory Technology Consulting brings deep software-specific skills to the table and can clients understand the issues inherent in existing systems and determine a roadmap forward. In this role, the Principal Technology Consultant will specialize in ERP Assessment, Technology Implementation and Digital Transformation for private equity backed organizations in middle market.This role can be 100% remote and be based anywhere in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, or Midwest regions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology consulting experience preferred
• 3+ years of NetSuite Consulting
• Deep cross-industry technology consulting experience from the following key sectors: manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, business services, technology, and software.
• Knowledge across both middle market technology infrastructure and ERP solutions including
• Experience in IT carve-out and merger integration situations
• Strong project management methodology preferred, including the ability to scope engagements, define work breakdown structures and associated resource needs, manage client expectations, track risk and issues to delivery, and engage in strategic planning and analysis with senior client stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6 years of experience in related field
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Must have and preserve required licenses
• Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
