Georgia-Pacific's Consumer Products facility in Wauna/Clatskanie, Oregon is a high-speed manufacturer of a variety of tissue and paper products. What You Will Do

• Provides teaching and coaching to technicians on how to perform precision work
• Perform lubrication tasks as prescribed by SP's and make recommendations to ME for improvement opportunities based on knowledge and findings
• Technicians performing precision work utilize precision standards with follow up documentation
• Displays a commitment to Precision Work by providing the proper tools, time, training, documentation and expectations

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* High School Diploma or GED

• Must be a Journey-Level Millwright with experience executing precision maintenance functions including advanced understanding maintenance systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, etc.), repairs and troubleshooting
• Experience continuously building capabilities in other technicians in their product system
• Experience in repairs and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience performing and adjust, and teach lubrication strategies in conjunction with ME's
• Experience maintaining and repairing in a reliable state (belt tensioning, torqueing, lubrication, understand advanced procedures, looking at charts, etc.)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience solving complex problems on equipment
• Experience executing asset strategy in a way that improves department competitiveness and OEE
• Experience with Oil samples and pdm strategies (ultra-sonic analysis)
