Looking to get your foot in the door in a growing residential property management industry? We are currently looking for an Amenities Attendant associate ready to provide apartment residents with top-notch service at a community in Santa Clarita, CA!

Essential Job Functions:
- Work will mostly be outdoors
- Oversee the use of property amenity to ensure residents are following rules set by the property
- Check residents in/out of the area as required
- Cleaning touch points of the area as instructed by the property.
- Keep area(s) clean and tidy as required
- One to two years of experience in customer service role
- Able to be outside for long periods of time
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work day or weekends as required
