Looking to get your foot in the door in a growing residential property management industry? We are currently looking for an Amenities Attendant associate ready to provide apartment residents with top-notch service at a community in Santa Clarita, CA!

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work will mostly be outdoors
  • Oversee the use of property amenity to ensure residents are following rules set by the property
  • Check residents in/out of the area as required
  • Cleaning touch points of the area as instructed by the property.
  • Keep area(s) clean and tidy as required


  • One to two years of experience in customer service role
  • Able to be outside for long periods of time
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work day or weekends as required
