Our client in Fort Washington is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team. This a contract role with possibility of extension and conversion.

This is an opportunity to showcase project coordination skills for a widely successful company.

Position Description:

• Supporting multiple Project Managers and/or Program Managers
• Assisting in delivering a program of projects by monitoring and collaborating with the Project Managers to ensure all project deliverables
• Making sure status reports, project plans, schedules, meeting materials and project artifacts, are completed and delivered on time
• Support the Project Manager in compiling individual project deliverables to monitor, manage, and present the health of the project
• Must be familiar with the scope and project goals and role and function of each team member to effectively assist in coordinating the activities of the team (not responsible for assembling project team)
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports supporting project delivery

Required experience:

• Experience and involvement in the project management life cycle stages.
• Knowledge and experience with Project Analysis, Project Tracking, Reporting, and Tools
• Experience in applying governance practices to work efforts in a project environment
• SDLC/PMLC practices.
• Project coordination experience with medium sized to large projects.
• Customer service orientation (responsive, consultative, collaborative and accurate)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Strong emphasis-Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint, MS Team, Zoom)
• Detail Oriented

Bonus Skills:

Certifications in the Project Management Discipline.
