We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Compounding to join our Baltimore, MD pharmacy!

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support in the pharmacy under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. Assists with the receipt, storage, preparation, dispensing, accountability, and destruction of the investigational product.

• Provides daily REES reports for temperature monitoring of pharmacy storage areas
• Attends Site Initiation Visits (SIV) and participates in pharmacy simulations
• Provides assistance during pharmacy monitoring visits for documentation as required
• Assists with the receipt and storage of investigational and non-investigational products
• Prepares the protocol specific pharmacy binder and handles protocol set-up for dispensing by ensuring adequate supplies, logs, labels, and Med Orders are available for the team
• Conducts sterile and non-sterile compounding, in compliance with protocol specifications and USP 797 and 795
• Maintains inventory of pharmacy supplies and updates inventory spreadsheet
• Communicates with drug wholesalers for procurement and shipment related matters
