Description

SAIC is looking for a new Security Analyst Senior to support their team on-site in Chantilly, VA. The job responsibilities are as follows: 

• Responsible for all clearance processing actions for the NRO in a consolidated PERSEC center.
• Must understand the concepts of the submittal, briefing and maintenance of the personnel security clearances.
• Conduct security debriefings.
• Communicate the personnel security reporting requirements and the ability to discuss the requirements to employees.
• Coordinate clearance revocation and denial process.
• Knowledge of government reciprocity requirements.
• Experience with the ICD's, NISPOM, and Intelligence Community personnel security regulations.
• Expert knowledge of NRO clearance processing.
• Experience with Scattered Castles and DISS.
• Ability to learn and cross train for other IC customers clearance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and at least six (6) years of relative experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years experience; Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers on a wide variety of topics.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Familiarity of SIMS or other security tracking database.
• Initiative, strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast pace team oriented environment.
• Proficiency with MS outlook, word, excel, and powerpoint.
